Star Counters
Communication and management of scientific projects is particularly tricky. The usual management techniques are valid but the communication of the value of those techniques within scientific projects is often difficult. In addition rigid engineering approaches are not appropriate for all parts of a scientific project; knowing which parts of a project lend themselves to which techniques is a hard-earned skill. Star counters have experience from multiple space and ground based scientific missions to draw upon to make the correct call and defend it.
